What can I do for you?
rb|it offers a portfolio of services which can provide an additional, or complementary function to your existing IT resources. As an independent consultant with no financial agreement with any manufacturer or supplier my advice is entirely objective, and dedicated to getting you the best value.
The services below are all charged on an hourly or daily basis, whichever is most appropriate. Off site work may be charged at a reduced rate depending on the nature of the work, and Education customers are charged at a reduced rate.
- Review Services. An audit of your network, systems, budgets and plans; giving you a clear picture of what you have, and what you need, and what you don't need.
- Buying Services. An independent and qualified procurement process, defining the requirement and going through a simple tender process to ensure the purchase is the best value for money.
- Installation Services. A proper installation process which runs through design, pilot, train and rollout steps, minimising disruption and maximising effectiveness.
- Training Services. Training Services, critical to the use of any IT system (they're like cars, of little use if you don't know how to drive them).
- Technical Support Services. Generally the most unpredictable and costly of IT Services, rb|it offers simple, cost effective Computer and Network Support with no callout fees or contracts.
Coverage
Based in Buckden in Cambridgeshire, rb|it is ideally placed to cover the following areas;
- Full Coverage: Cambridgeshire and Peterborough (including Cambridge, Saint Neots, Huntingdon, Ely and March)
- Partial Coverage: Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Essex (including Bedford Biggleswade; Letchworth, Hitchin, Stevenage; Braintree and Saffron Walden)
